I have lived in Jackson, WY for over 3 years and am quite familiar with the area and all that it has to offer. I am an avid outdoorsmen living in an area that offers abundant activities for those wanting to be outside. Whether it be hiking, camping, mountain biking, rafting/floating, or general sightseeing, there are endless national forests and national parks at your fingertips to explore. Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks draw people to the area; however, the Bridger Teton National Forest and Wind River Range are right in the backyard as well and have less restrictions such as being dog friendly. I live for the summertime in Jackson, the peak season being June-September, but the Fall is also spectacular with the active animals and foliage.
