- The Main Lodge, built in 2000, is positioned on seven hundred thirty four acres of pristine hunting property. The facility features 4 bedrooms, six bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. The lodge offers amenities including: hi-speed wireless Internet, two wet bars, six satellite televisions, a pro-shop, gun cleaning room, double-sided fireplace, two dining areas, outside fire pit, and a large deck which overlooks our scenic twenty acre stocked pond. The Callahan Lodge is named after the prominent Callahan Family who were instrumental in promoting land conservation and initiating trade opportunities in this area. The lodge features four bedrooms, four baths and can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. This facility offers seven satellite televisions, a wet bar, and an outdoor fire pit. In addition to our traditional amenities, the facility offers a pool table for recreational time spent during your stay. The Bower Station Lodge became part of SouthWind Plantation in 2004. This facility features four bedrooms, four baths and can accommodate up to seven guests comfortably. The lodge offers a full kitchen, sunroom, four satellite televisions, and an outdoor deck with a fire pit. The Bub Smith Lodge, located within walking distance of the Main Lodge was built in 2004. The lodge features four bedrooms, two baths and can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. The Bub Smith Lodge consists of many of the same amenities as the Main Lodge including: a wet bar, five satellite televisions, an outdoor fire pit, and overlooks our scenic twenty acre stocked pond. Nestled deep in the back of the property and overlooking its own fully stocked bass pond, the Boat House is the perfect retreat for you and your family and friends for a little relaxation. It features warm and welcoming hardwoods, modern appliances, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen beds. Named in honor of the Reynolds Family a well-respected South Georgia family for over one hundred years, the Reynolds Lodge features three bedrooms and two and one half baths, with the ability to accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. Amenities include: a kitchen, four satellite televisions, a stack stone fireplace, sunroom, and an outdoor deck with a fire pit. The Owner’s Retreat, overlooking the scenic beauty of farm life at its finest, features four bedrooms and two baths. The lodge has one king bed, three queen beds, three twin beds and is able to accommodate up to seven guests comfortably. Amenities include: six satellite televisions, a wet bar, and an outdoor fire pit.
