Trade Interests
LOOKING FOR: Looking for Goulds turkey hunt, Iowa deer hunt, or any western big game (Elk, Mule Deer, Antelope, Mountain Lion, Blacktail)
Bowen first contacted me asking to trade a Kansas Rio for an Osceola turkey hunt. I figured it would be a great first trade being that it would be my first time hunting Rio’s and an opportunity to finish my turkey Grand Slam. My sister and I flew out to Kanas and were amazed by how accommodating Bowen and his brother Gaines were. They put us to work the first few hours after arriving at the lodge and we were already on birds. I couldn’t believe the amount of birds they had just within a short drive. I was able to successfully harvest a bird on the first day. My sister also tagged out with her first Rio later on in the trip. Trading with Bowen rivaled any paid hunt that I could have found anywhere else. The food, hunting, and hospitality were all top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Without Trips4Trade, I would have never considered trading a hunt. Now that I have the recourses to contact other hunters for trades, I am looking forward to more traded hunts in the future.
