Offshore/Inshore Spearfishing - NC/VA

You can probably dive better than me, but I know where they are.

We head offshore from the Outer Banks, NC to freedive the Navy Towers: amberjack, almaco, mahi, spadefish, triggerfish, skipjack, cobia, blackfin, cubera, and cuda. Trolling to and from dive spots is included with tuna and billfish taken every year. Bottom-fishing for tiles, grouper, and seabass if the weather doesn't cooperate. 45' boat with plenty of room. Up to 5 people. We also do smaller trips inshore (1-2 people) in VA: sheepshead, spadefish, cobia, tautog, bluefish, flounder, jack crevalle, and mussels. 23' boat, freediving only. Might be the most efficient way to fill a cooler. We'll be starting offshore trips from VA on a 40' boat after they install wind turbines in July '20. For experienced bluewater spearos ONLY, we can do Gulfstream NC hunts with flashers and burley. No equipment rental for these trips. **Google photos deleted ALL my pics when it backed up to the cloud, so photos of our best trips are gone. The two posted were pretty pedestrian efforts.
