I use to guide for an outfitter but now just take friends to my own spots. I have access to private properties around 10-500 acres depending on the year and where cattle farms have their birds. (some are prairie tags which are harder to draw with a shotgun but archery is over the counter. ) We could take on the Black Hills National Forest (1.2M acres) which is public land with tags available over the counter. For the black hills, you can buy a shotgun tag and an archery tag. Put 5 guys on birds this season. 1 bird for a nonresident.
No accommodations available but there are hotels in Rapid City that are close to where we will be hunting.
