Trip Description
- My friend and I have several great hunting and fishing opportunities up for trade. WIlling to combine a few trips while you are in Texas. We can offer Long Range Offshore Fishing in the Gulf, Turkey, deer, and thermal hog hunting, private aerial tours in a Cessna 182. These hunts take place in Texas and Southern Oklahoma. We can arrange lodging and transportation (if needed) for all of these. This trip would be a Full-service offshore fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico. We fish for all species but specialize in large pelagics such as yellowfin tuna, swordfish, Blue marlin, wahoo, & dorado. We also catch amberjack, snapper, grouper, and more. The boat is a super comfortable 45 Cabo Express with twin Caterpillar Diesels loaded with top notch electronics, electric deep drop and dredge reels, tuna tubes, air-conditioned helm, full salon, shower, and sleeping quarters. We specialize in multi-day long range trips between 24-72 hours. We also scuba dive the Flower Gardens Marine Sanctuary and Spearfish the rigs on scuba equipment. Lodging on land is also included at my waterfront fishing camp on the Colorado River just a couple miles from the gulf. Enjoy one of the last uncommercialized ports on the Gulf coast with a few bars, restaurants, shops, 25 miles of drivable beach, and awesome inshore fishing. The port or departure is Matagorda, TX about 1.5 hours SW of Houston. Willing to trade for an annual lease or any medium/big game hunting trips. There will be 2 of us or maybe just me and my wife. We are easy going, respectful guys that like to have fun. We have done these trades in the past and they have worked out very well. I have made several good friends through these trips!
