Trip Description

We have 425 acres in south Tennessee that we are willing to trade a deer hunt off of. We only shoot mature deer each year and would require you to do so. The property has been strictly managed for 15 years. Along with this I have started a cooperative with the surrounding landowners to manage for mature deer. We have a cabin to stay in as well as a Polaris ranger that can be used to retrieve harvested animals. The cabin is heated with propane wall heaters and has electricity and running water.
