Trip Description
- I own a house in Islamorada, FL with a 32’ center console and a 21’ bay boat parked in the backyard. We are in Florida from the beginning of December to mid-May when we return to Michigan for the summer. Winter fishing is primarily snapper, king mackerel, sailfish, football-size blackfin tuna and wahoo on the ocean or Spanish mackerel/sharks on the gulf. Spring fishing adds dolphin and after May 1 grouper on the ocean. Can easily handle 3-4 guests.
Accommodations
- Very nice house in Islamorada. Plenty of space and great accommodations. Had the house for 6 years. The house is on a canal with quick access to the ocean. We have kayaks, SUP’s, and a heated pool. So a relaxing place even if windy.

- LOOKING FOR: -Open to any Hunting, fishing, or outdoor activities. We enjoy hiking so places to stay around national parks are of interest.
