Personal Bio: My wife, 3 sons and I live in Western South Dakota. Close to the Wyoming line. We hunt and fish, ride horse and kayak in both these states. We own hundreds of acres in NE Wyoming and South Dakota, with access to thousands of landlocked National forest acres. We came to the Black Hills from Ohio in 2006, where we still own quality whitetail land. We do some small scale cattle ranching. Currently, I watch a lot of high school sports. That seems to be my new occupation. I have hunted around the world with my longbow taking over 200 big game animals. Here we hunt Elk, Mule deer, Whitetail, Geese, Ducks, Turkeys, Mt lion, antelope, small game and prairie dogs. We fish for trout, Walleye and anything else that bites. We have a remote cabin in Wyoming at 5,000 ft that sleeps 5 and a Lodge in South Dakota that sleeps 10. These are both in the scenic beautiful Black Hills. There is so much to see and do here beside hunting and fishing. Skiing, Rodeos, Motorcycle riding, Devils tower, Snowmobiling, Rock climbing, Kayaking, Gambling in Historic Deadwood, Mt Rushmore, Custer state park (Buffalo), The Badlands, Help with a cattle drive and Branding ( I can set this up), Cliff jumping, and more.
