North Dakota doesn't allow non-residents to hunt in the spring unless you buy one of the few NWTF auctioned tags. I am the state president for the NWTF so if that is of interest then I can let you know when and where to bid for that auction. Otherwise, if you don't live in ND, then you will have to come hunt turkeys in the fall. I am not a guide but can assist in helping you get a fall bird. We have access to private and do some hunting on public. Bunch of grasslands in our area with a great turkey population. We are also close to the badlands. Fall hunting is way different than spring hunting though. We mainly just catch them between the roost and the food source. Not much calling involved. Some times you can kee kee them in if the group is broken up. The fall hunt isn't as exciting as a spring hunt but can be pretty easy some times.
Accommodations
If lodging isn't available, then I can recommend a local hotel to stay at.
