Trip Description
- 650 acre private ranch. 1.5 miles of alfalfa with two creeks running on each side of the field. Large pines and cottonwoods. Huge flock of resident Merriam turkeys with little hunting pressure. Bow or shotgun, you can call or spot and stalk. High success rates on mature toms.

- Upscale / southwestern style home with large kitchen, rec room, and a guest house. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. ATVs, horses, etc. All the amenities of a traditional home.

December 24, 2018 at 2:48 amI was able to check off my Merriam here. Tons of turkeys and they are very vocal. This property is very game rich and you will see mule deer, bear, and elk as well. The host is a great guy. He picked us up from the airport and guided some hunts until we learned the property then gave us open access. I have been back several seasons since.
