Trip Description
- For Turkey hunt trade only - all private land for hunting hybrid Osceola/Eastern birds in the Florida swamps. We are in North Central FLA, between Jacksonville and Tallahassee. A few tracks of land I personally own and have private leases on others. All properties are located within a few miles of each other (no long drives between properties) and the big camp house is right in the middle of it all. We have private access to over 6,000 acres - NO PUBLIC. This is great for guys that like to see and hunt new ground. Camp house has all the comforts of home - high speed wifi, TV's, etc. Private bedrooms and bathrooms -just like a top-notch outfitter. I'm pretty serious about chasing turkeys and scout long before the season starts. I would expect the same from anyone else that is interested in a hunt swap. I have many references from hunters I have traded hunts with in recent years. I'm slowly working on a U.S. slam, so I'm interested in all states. I like to travel and hunt different parts of the country, not hung up on species or a particular state. Prefer only private land, but don't mind hunting public land with guys that know their area well. Accommodations
- Hunt, lodging, food & transportation during the hunt. Turkey Gun & Ammo if needed. Can even provide transportation to and from Jacksonville (JAX) airport for those flying.
