Turkey hunting is one of a kind in Vermont. Early season we can be hunting some of the 200 acres of private land I have access to which is mostly crop fields. Later in the season and my favorite hunts occur in the mountains which is all public land. It consists of pines and hardwoods with some wild onions. We will hike the mountain and try to fire up a bird. If we can't get one on that mountain we will move on to the next one. Tons of amazing scenery and views.
Accommodations
I have some campers for you to stay during your hunts and we can grill dinner and sit by the fire. Or there are cheap hotels in the area.
