I have 300 acres of prime property in southern Tennessee (Kelso). Typically the rut is the last week of November and the first two weeks of December. I also have 509 acres in the very northern part of Alabama (Estillfork/Paint Rock) area. I have only had this piece of property for the past 6 months and I didn't get a chance to deer hunt it much. My dad harvested one very nice buck off this property this year and that's all that has been taken since I've had it. I have hundreds of trail cam pics of deer ranging from 120"-150". Rut is usually December 25th-3rd week of January. Both properties are close enough to hunt both in a day.
Rut hunts are open. Can be combined with a predator hunt.
Lodging is provided for the Tennessee property less than a mile away from property. If you want to hunt Alabama, you would probably need to grab a hotel nearby and we will just meet at the farm.
LOOKING FOR: Especially interested in hunting trips or family vacation trips.
